Application:
-All occupants 18 or over are required to complete a rental application and authorize a credit and background check
-$30 non-refundable application fee per applicant
-$175 non-refundable lease administration fee due at lease signing
-Renters Insurance Required
-Minimum credit score is 600 which would require a 1.5-month deposit
-This property is not available for tenants with a monthly income of less than 3x rent
-Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. 2 pet max. If you have a pet, you will be required to pay a $350.00 Pet Administrative Fee per pet upon move-in. This is a one-time fee. In addition to this fee, you will also have monthly pet admin fees per pet. The amount of the pet fee is determined based upon the size of pet. (Dogs only)*
