Renters love it here
I have been at Park West End almost a year. I love the location, management is awesome, Maintenance is very quick, courteous and responsive. The grounds are kept up beautifully. There are many living in a 1bedroom next to me and in and out all night which interrupts sleep since my dog hears them and my Ring records them. Way too many living there. Rent is high for a small dwelling, but doable compared to other places in the same neighborhood.
I LOVE MY APARTMENT AND PEOPLE ARE VERY COOL.OFFICE STAFF ARE GREAT MAINTANANCE EXCELLENT.BUG PROBLEMS THERE ARE NONE AND I LOVE IT.QUIET AT NIGHT AND SLEEP IS VERY GOOD HERE.DUE TO RENOVATIONS THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT YOU MAY NEED DONE BUT REST ASSURE DENNIS AND THIS MAINTANANCE CREWW WILL GET YOU TAKEN CARE OF FOR SURE.ITS LOCATION IS CENTERED AROUND EVERYTHING SO LOCATION IS EXCELLENT.HAD NO TROUBLE WITH SAFETY OR FEELING SECURE.I LOVE IT!
