We are looking for a short-term lease option between 1 month or up to just shy of a year. Willing to accept dogs, no cats, or any other animals- a non-refundable pet deposit (required to sanitize carpets/floors for next tenants) and a monthly pet rent required per animal. Close to all the new shopping centers in Herriman/Riverton, Costco, the brand new Villages Shopping Center, Movie Theater, Herriman City Center with park and ice skating ribbon, etc.
Will require a background and credit check for anyone living in the property over 18 years old. Applications will be taken on Rentler.com and the $39 fee will be paid directly through them (link to application below). 620 credit score required, no previous evictions, no prior felony charges. If you qualify for those requirements, we will show the property before paying the background fee. No refunds will be given if we pull the background and we find you don't qualify. Renters insurance is mandatory- you can provide your own or we can use our agent and add that to rent, it's cheap for piece of mind for your belongings (approx $15 a month).
