There is a valet trash service that really does make such a huge difference. It’s the little things. I never have to spend time finding a parking spot. I also never have to park far because there is always open spots. Visitors do have to register their vehicles, but I like that. Maintenance is quick and knowledgeable. They actually get things done here! I don’t have many interactions with management but the few I do have, have all been pleasant. Overall, it’s an actual community here.”
