I love the location and everything around us but there are a lot of homeless people I don't like seeing them around however I like seeing the security inside the complex every day.
I have had issues with maintenance. It took them 3 months to install my dryer, and then screws were left on the floor that I ended up stepping on. Also, requests I have done in the office have still not been completed such as unclogging my drains. There are multiple car break ins. My neighbor starts his surround bass system at 6:30am to which I’ve called about and nothing is done. There have been times I call village patrol and I get sent to voicemail.
