    All pets, with the exception of fish, must be at least 12 months old at the time of move-in. Exotic pets, reptiles. For approved pets, the weight limit is a maximum of 75 lbs. No deposit is required for birds and fish. Pet interviews may be conducted with the manager to determine if your pet is eligible.
