Fully renovated in the last quarter of 2020, the house is thoughtfully designed, fully furnished, all lawn care covered and utilities, to make your stay the most comfortable. It has central heat and air, free wifi access that lets you stream your favorite apps on the smart TVs (not cable) in the living area and the bedroom. Equipped with modern kitchen appliances, basic cookware, utensils and dishes. Whilst a wide array of restaurants and food options are within reach, you can also prepare your favorite home cooked food. And yes, laundry shouldn't be a hassle, with a washer and dryer set-up for you. Rest and relax in the bedroom that comes with a comfortable queen-sized bed and the full bath with a tub. Complete with everyday living amenities and more, it wouldn't be any easier to truly feel at home.

Do you like sitting outdoors? Well, this house is for you! Enjoy the patio with the fire pit, perfect for the cold season. And, yes! Parking is available within the property, equipped with an EV charging station.

Your furry friend is also welcome to stay for a $250 pet fee.
