While there is no garage, there is two off street parking spaces in front of the garage that’re for first come active parking only.
Standard screening criteria. Pets allowed (cats & dogs). Requires renters insurance.
Utilities paid by owner: Electricity, Water/Sewer, Garbage, Gas. Monthly flat fee for utilities paid by tenants: $175.
