Verified residentThe parking area smells of sewer water, the concierge staff is unbelievable, I find them to go above and beyond each time I needed their assistance. The office staff is also good, however, my last encounter with them left me feeling they were blaming me for a maintenance issue with my faucet. Everything else is fine, just different from my expectations.
