Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe area is a good location except the liquor store does attract some unwanted guests. The management has tried to increase security but residents will often leave doors cracked. Additionally, I have lived here for 3 months and the locked and protected package room has been broken into with ALL packages stolen TWICE. It’s a city, so things happen but there’s are safety improvements that can be made. I will say they keep everything well maintained, clean, respond great and the units are beautiful and affordable for the area. If you’re looking in Midtown, this is by far the best option
