Applicants must be able to show verified household income at 2.5x the rent, or a housing voucher with sufficient coverage for the rent and utilities. We can be felony friendly, depending on the circumstances of the felony and where the vacancy is located. Any potential background check issues must be disclosed up front, prior to application, for applicant to be considered. If information provided is not correct or relevant information is omitted, the application will be denied at our discretion.
We will not consider applicants who have had an unlawful detainer or eviction in the last 5 years. We seek to create a positive and professional relationship with our tenants. Management reserves the right to deny any applicant at any point in the process if any of the following are observed: conduct that is not courteous and respectful, threatening and/or argumentative behavior, or intoxication.
