Rosemount renters, get ready for a nifty little apartment guide to settle all your relocation worries. With all the info you could need on local culture, rental properties, and amenities, you’ll have more than enough knowledge to rent happily in this Minnesota city.
Located just 15 miles south of the Twin Cities, Rosemount life is a nice mix of small-town community vibes and big city conveniences. People here have no need to leave town for eats, drinks, shopping, and entertainment. Local industries keep people working hard, and the annual 10-day long Leprechaun Days festival lets people play hard as well. Of course, you don't have to wait for the festival to play. There are dozens of parks, as well as a huge preserve to keep you entertained in the great outdoors all year long.
Rental properties provide plenty of opportunities for fun, too. There are a number of amenity-packed apartments for rent, as well as some rental homes and duplexes with yards big enough for your own private retreat or your kids' own private playground. Rental rates range from about $800 to over $2,000, providing local renters with everything from small, cheap apartments to enormous four-bedroom houses for rent. Apartments in Rosemount are typically in the $800 - $1,300 range and offer some beautiful townhouse and loft layouts. Duplexes can be found at similar prices, with the added bonus of private back yards and fewer neighbors. There are also a number of rental homes in the $1,500 - $2,000 range, providing families with a nice, quiet, secluded atmosphere away from the noise of typical apartment life.
Apartment-dwellers will be happy to know that local apartment communities come with plenty of extra perks. Amenities such as lawn care, snow removal, 24-hour maintenance, gyms, and laundry facilities make a renter's daily life much easier. There are even some apartments with an in-unit washer & dryer and private entrances, two things you just can't find in the typical apartment communities of bigger cities.
Pet-lovers rejoice! Rosemount has quite a few cat friendly and dog friendly apartment rentals, as well as some pet friendly rental homes and duplexes. Some of these charming bungalow homes have large, fenced in yards for the dogs to run around in, as well as quick access to nearby parks with lots of opportunities for your furry friends to have a good time. However, most places do charge a pet rent around $20 a month.
So, that's the life of Rosemount renters these days. It's sweet and simple. Enjoy.
