-Move in fee/person: $375.00
-Pet Fee: $300.00/dog and $150.00/cat
-Monthly Bundled Service Fee: $25.00

Monthly Bundled Service Fee excludes utilities and is subject to change and TMG has the unilateral right to terminate any of the bundled services. No increase or reduction in the fee is to be given for any additional or eliminated services included in the Monthly Bundled Service Fee during tease term. The following services, among others, may or may not be included and which may vary based on unit or property: after hour emergency answering service, online rent payment system, electronic signature for lease and application completion, maintenance portal/form system and any amenity rooms.
