It’s a lovely community full of great people. The area is extremely dog friendly. The pool and common areas are beautiful. The cleaning crew keep the place spotless. Multiple break-ins have occurred in the guest area of the parking deck. The parking deck gate is often broken. The overall quality of the construction, such as sound-proofing, ventilation, etc. is poor. One of the beautiful features of the apartment when I first moved in was that they organized social events to build community among the residents. Unfortunately, they have discontinued this.
