That might sound like a small town but, in fact, it's actually a suburb of Atlanta, meaning it has a real big-city kind of feel to it. North Gresham Park: Living on the northern side of town means you're sandwiched up against East Atlanta and a little closer to the center of the action. It's made up of mostly medium-size, single-family homes and townhouses and is mainly owner-occupied. A lot of the homes here were built in the mid-1900s so there are some big, beautiful brick and stone buildings. Most residents drive to work and commute 15 to 30 minutes into the city.

South Gresham Park: This area stretches down away from the city and includes the beautiful Gresham Park itself, a small but pretty park where residents come to relax. It's easier to score a rental property here and you're also close to I-285, which means that even though you're a little further from the city, it's super quick and easy to get to when you want to go.

Living in Gresham

There's plenty of fun to be had in Gresham Park! If you're hungry for a bite, head to one of the great local restaurants, like the Great Wall Chinese Restaurant or The Earl, which is closer to East Atlanta. You can relax or get your daily jog in at Mark Trail Park on the north side of town. For your shopping needs, there's a Walmart Supercenter near Tilson Road and a Kroger's and Macy's, too! On a nice night, head to the Starlight Six Drive-In Movie Theater for some old-fashioned fun!
