After less than 3 months, I decided to put in my notice due to inconsistent billing, misleading statements about patio use prior to signing the lease, property owners made me remove non-adhesive privacy film from my ground-floor windows to maintain their aesthetic, maintenance wasn’t satisfactory on several occasions, valet trash often left bags for no justifiable reason, fetch is a required monthly service, and many neighbors were disrespectful of noise ordinance and common space cleanliness.
Place was unorganized unprofessional the bagels they bring to front office don’t make up for the incconviences
