Verified residentReview source: verified residentIncentivizedAfter less than 3 months, I decided to put in my notice due to inconsistent billing, misleading statements about patio use prior to signing the lease, property owners made me remove non-adhesive privacy film from my ground-floor windows to maintain their aesthetic, maintenance wasn’t satisfactory on several occasions, valet trash often left bags for no justifiable reason, fetch is a required monthly service, and many neighbors were disrespectful of noise ordinance and common space cleanliness.
