I believe the management, the rules and the value and amenities here are great. The issue is actually the residents and the people in the building who do not upkeep the same amount of the respect for the building, requiring the management to be extra strict and constantly sending out message after message reminding people about the simplest level of human decency such as picking up after themselves and their own dogs' wastes.
