Verified residentReview source: verified residentI am terribly disappointed with the upkeep. Garbage is often strewn in the lawn, parking garage, hallways, lake, etc. I have struggled with getting maintenance to address continued concerns with the amount of air flow in one of the rooms. Asked for touch-up paint and was unable to receive. The floors and walkways are often filthy.
