Shalimar at Plantation

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE living at Shalimar. location is great! the grounds are beautiful but I just wish there were some areas that are improved. the cleanliness of the floors. hair weave balls and bits of trash laying around the floors. i do try and pick up what i can but half these people are pigs! the elevators inside on metal top ceiling has hand prints/smear marks on the metal. the floors are very dirty due to the tenants not caring what they drop soda/coffee/mess leaking from garbage on the floor. I know the maintenance people are so darn nice and do a great job but its the dirty people that don't make this place clean. the club house lobby just had a family in there last night, they re arragned the furniture and kept it all where they left it so i put it all back accordingly. people just don't care! they are self absorbed. i feel we need more trash bins around the lot. the elevators keep going out which is not good because this is a new building and everything should just work. peoples pets piss in elevator and poop smears on floor. there needs to be better pet controlled. this place needs to be kept tidy from everyone and nobody cares which is very sad to see.
