• 600+ Credit Score
If the credit score is lower due to medical bills or student loans, the application can still be approved with a higher security deposit.
• No Rental Debt- If you left a past landlord hanging, we’ll pass.
• No Utility Debt- Need to keep the lights on!
• No Evictions and Open Bankruptcies are a hard no.
• Criminal background checks are done on all adults.

The administration fee will increase for rush move ins or exception requirements because this means we have to ignore other clients and laser focus on your move.

Pet Approval: All furry, feathered, or scaly friends must be verified and approved through Petscreening.com. This includes ESAs and support animals. Pet rent is set by Petscreening.com based on status, size, and species — basically a small “paw-ty fee” for unlimited cuddles, tail wags, and purrs.
