2385 NW 11th St

Rarely available 2 bedroom, 1 bath in "The Sanderling". This complex, stands out like a jewel in the area. The entire community is electrically gated & walled & the buildings have just recently passed their 40-year re-certification. This lovely community underwent extensive upgrades, including, a new roof, new elevator, new safety alarm system, updated plumbing, a brand-new fire/smoke alarm system, and a freshly painted exterior. They even replaced ALL of the windows with new impact windows...in the entire complex! Unheard of! The last project to be completed is the community pool, which is about to begin a complete refurbishment. The unit comes with one assigned parking space & one assigned guest pass (a maximum of two cars are allowed by the association), with plenty of guest parking & street parking available. This light, bright, unit is in coming soon status, because it is currently undergoing a complete bathroom renovation, which should be ready in 2-3 weeks. The location is great for commuters, professionals & small families. Positioned close to 27th Avenue & the 836 Expressway, you are just minutes from major highways, airports & downtown Miami. Enjoy quick, easy access to Coral Gables, Jackson Memorial Hospital, LoanDepot Park (Marlins Stadium), the new Inter Miami Soccer Stadium, local shopping centers & good schools & even 10 minutes away from the beach. Please note that the association strictly maintains a no-pets policy.
