Tropia Luxury Apartments

They failed to inform me the elevator was broken and has been broken for over a month and no date of when it’s going to be repaired, the trash chute has also been broke for over a month and they claim it’s going to be fixed this week but I won’t count on it. The big issue in and around the apartment doors is terrible!

It has taken so long for my repairs to be finished. I have notified that unless there is a maintenance request no employee should be entering my apartment without my permission ! The elevator has been an on going concern for us in building 3 It’s always out of order and I have issues with the stairs. It’s not acceptable at all ! There needs to be more communication from management with our concerns. In general I regret moving to this property
