They will not disclose plumbing issues throughout their lot. Power outages. Bad maintenance and management team. They did just get bought by a new ownership company. Hopefully they correct those issues.

Management is rude. If you have questions or concerns they literally yell at you and tell you to figure it out or fix it yourself.
