Verified residentReview source: verified residentIncentivizedThe amenities are the best I’ve seen at any apartment in Jacksonville, and the pool gives a resort vibe. The apartments are on the more expensive side for the size, but they are currently offering great leasing specials. The main con is the location off Phillip’s Highway, so traffic can be a pain.
