These studio, one - and two-bedroom apartments offer brand new kitchens with white-on-white appliances, oversized windows, beautiful parquet floors, upgraded baths and walk-in closets. Amenities include a beautiful resident lounge, an Olympic-size swimming pool and 24-hour fitness center. We will not refuse to lease an apartment to a person because they will be using a payment voucher for rental assistance provided by the District of Columbia or federal government.

I was rushed to pay and sign my lease and my apartment maintenance was not ready and I have been here for a month and maintenance still not completed I have a huge water stain in my bathroom ceiling that is very disturbing to look at then thru out the building the paint chipping and the elevators seem to never work with all the money they charge it would be nice to come home to what could be a beautiful place to live. However the apartment is huge. This building just need a lot of love or new management that will get the much needed repairs done.
