Walking distance to Pinwheel Coffee, Wildflower fine dining, Highland Tavern, Avanti, Root Down, Gaetano's Italian, bartaco, and a variety of other restaurants, bars, and retail throughout LoHi, Sunnyside, and on 38th Ave. Just about a mile to organic food market Leevers Locavore, and only about a 10 minute bike ride to Union Station downtown Denver. Quick access to I-25 in just about 2 minutes or to I-70 in about 5 minutes. *Approved applications require at least ten (10) business days before we can accommodate a move-in, regardless of the unit availability date. Availability date is subject to change. This property is unfurnished. No smoking allowed. Sorry, no pets. Security deposit equivalent to 100% a full month's rent is required.
