Upon entry, either through the attached garage or private front door, you will have access to an office space, a large walk in closet and stairs up to the main level. The first floor and main level have beautiful hardwood floors. The main level includes an open floor plan with a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen, half bathroom, and full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, lots of cabinet space, and a breakfast bar that opens to the dining area. The appliances include a cabinet panel refrigerator, glass top range, and dishwasher. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace and large glass sliding doors that open onto a balcony that is shaded by mature trees. Going up to the third level, you’ll find the carpeted bedrooms that both have en suite bathrooms and walk-in closet. The primary bedroom also has a balcony accessible through large sliding glass doors. Located in the City Park West neighborhood, you’ll have access to many amenities. Within about a mile you will be able to reach City Park, Denver Zoo, Museum of Nature and Science, City Golf course, Cheeseman Park, Botanic Gardens, Civic Center Park, downtown Denver and so much more. There are numerous independent restaurants and shops to choose from. HOW TO SCHEDULE A TOUR *The Zillow 'Request a Tour' and 'Request to apply' option are not currently available. *Please visit RentMeDenver [dot] com and click 'Available Properties' -OR- Google Search: Pioneer Property Management Denver and click 'Available Properties' APPLICATION DETAILS *Property Tour Required with at least 48hrs notice. *Resident is responsible for gas, electric. *Application fee is $65.00 per person (see application Terms of Agreement for details).
