The entry level has a large kitchen area, formal dining room, plus a family room with a wood-burning fireplace. The upper level has the two bedrooms and an extra room that can be used as a library, study or an office, that has built-in shelves. The home offers a large, fenced backyard area and a small gate that leads to the golf course area, there is a nice gazebo in the backyard, the home also has a 2-car garage.
Pet Policy – Both cats and dogs large and small. 35 dollars per month pet rent per pet. No pets with any history of aggression. Pet policy does not apply to service or companion animals. We use a third party pet/animal policy and screening service. All applicants must complete a pet/animal application whether they have pets/animals or not. No charge if you do not have pets/animals! 2. At least one applicant must meet all qualifications or an average of credit score and combined income in lieu of one applicant meeting all criteria.
3. Applicant must make 2x the rent. (If multiple applicants income will be combined)
4. Credit score of 650 (If multiple applicants then score can be averaged)
5. Must have 1 year at employer or 2 years at same field of work.
6. 18 months of positive rental history or mortgage payments (if multiple applicants rental history or mortgage can be combined)
7. Co applicants are acceptable and will be equally responsible for ALL provisions of the lease.
8. Dependents and Incapacitated - occupants under the age of 18 or are incapacitated do not need to complete an application but must be disclosed and named during the application process.
Please provide as much documentation and detail as possible at time of application. Examples that should be included are;
• Pay stubs/Tax Documents/Bank Statements
• Positive rental references on letterhead or signed if possible
