Alarm for the pool is so loud. The parking is just ridiculous. You have to park your car literally done the street and you have to pay for parking too. Got locked out my apartment and advised maintenance of that and stated wasn’t gonna come let me in and that not his problem. Took for forever to get mailbox key and never received one and to be told I need to go to the post office and pay for a new lock replacement. Was not set up for the latch system correctly to be able enter in the building. Advised front desk of it and even reached out to latch myself and they stated it was the front desk doing. And it shows they did not grant me access. Showed them what latch stated and still nothing was done. Then they did a “rest” on latch and was locked out. Rug was not cleaned when I did a walk through. It was filthy.
