10 minute walk to BART and 15 minute walk to multiple restaurant areas (College area and Temescal area, notably). House is on a quiet street with great neighbors.
We (the owners) are moving for short period and our house will be available June - December 2026. Ideally looking for a 6 month commitment. We are in our 30s with 2 young kids. Just normal people... not serial landlords!
Utilities included: cable, electricity, heat, gas, internet and water. Is pet friendly. $5,200/month rent w/ 1-month security deposit required.
