## About the Roommates
Currently: 1 Female, 7 Male. Ages range from 20 to 35. Roommates will sometimes socialize in the living room or back patio, but generally are busy doing their own things.

Friendly, considerate people will do well here. The house is normally quiet as housemates are generally busy doing their own things. Currently the other housemates are 5 males and 2 females in their 20s or early 30s. We welcome tenants all across the gender spectrum.

## About the Location
CSUN is only 2 blocks away! Around the corner is the North Hills Shopping Center. Just down the street is an In-n-Out and McDonald's. It is also a short drive to Van Nuys Airport, Valley and Pierce colleges.

## House Rules
No pets. No drugs. Smoking outdoors is permitted, but non-smokers are preferred. No parties. Guests are fine, just be courteous to your roommates and neighbors.
