    I am a new resident at Strada and have had a positive experience overall. The leasing agents are responsive, helpful and available when I have questions. I love the complex itself as it it well maintained and in a convenient location. Additionally, the price is more than affordable compared to other apartments in the area. Highly recommend!

    First, we have gad contiuos noise by the neighbors, the maintenance of the property is unkept, there is a dead olive tree in front yard, the air conditioner in the apt is very noisy, we gave called 3x's to unplug the bathroom tub and it keeps being plugged up continously. Traffic noise, pets that are unleashed, management not inforcing policy.
