Move In Costs and Process
First:
$40 application fee (per person 18 and over).
In our efforts to comply with Fair Housing Law, applications are processed on a first come first serve basis.
Once all requirements are met, documentation is provided and you are in first place, we may schedule a showing for unoccupied properties. The next step is processing your application.
Second:
Due 24 Hours from the time your Application is accepted is the:
Signed Hold Deposit Agreement.
Security Deposit, which is equivalent to 1.5 times one month's rent.
Payment must be certified funds - cashier’s check or money order.
Third:
Due with the signing of your lease is the:
$100 administrative fee.
Rent and/or prorated rent.
Pet rent and/or prorated rent (if applicable).
Rental tax and or prorated rental tax (if applicable).
Payment must be certified funds - cashier’s check or money order.

To schedule a showing first you must:

Step 5 - Drive by the property. Please do not disturb occupants.
Step 6 - All parties must put in an application (pay fee). At this time, it is still refundable.
Step 7 - Schedule a showing with our office. An agent will meet you at the property at a scheduled time, they will unlock the door and let you see it. Face masks are required. Showings are 10 minutes long. Please do not be late, as we schedule back to back showings and will not be able to wait for you to arrive.
Step 8 - Decide to proceed with application process (no longer refundable) or have app fee refunded.
