    Not a very family friendly environment, builders excluded children safety and activities, instead put in a dog park at the end of a parking lot. No privacy, terrible wifi service that's included, appliances look nice but most are cheap. Contractors rushed building so I'm constantly repairing broken cabinets and door handles. Looks beautiful internally, but parking was not well planned. No gym or playground, just a small pool, fit for maybe two small families to swim comfortably. Back patios are too small to function, because they placed huge bushes back there and created maintenance, that they then make you responsible for. Ring door bell goes off all day because of your proximity to the parking lot and people walk by setting it off ALL DAY.
