The rent amount is $1650 per month, the rent is to be paid monthly, in advance, on the first day of each month. when the rent due date falls on a weekend day or legal holiday, the tenant must pay rent by the next business day.

Additionally,a security deposit of $1650 is required. The renter is also responsible for any fees related to violations of properties with high grass and weeds, in accordance with the Henrico County Code. Tenant is responsible for upkeep of the yard, that includes mowing, shovels the snow, rakes the leaves or pulls the weeds

To move forward with the lease, the following requirements must be met:

1. Appliance warranty coverage is mandatory. ( appliance repair/maintenance is financial responsibility of tenant)

2. Renter's insurance is mandatory and required at the time of signing the lease required.
