The service elevator must be reserved in advance, and use of the elevator after 5:00 PM is subject to a $50/hour fee. The community offers a resident parking lot; however, spaces are not assigned. Residents must register their vehicle and confirm parking access with the front desk prior to use. Guest parking is available through temporary passes issued by the front desk. This is a pet-restricted community with specific guidelines. Dogs must be registered with building management prior to move-in, are limited to 25 pounds, and certain breeds are not permitted. No Pit bulls, Rottweilers or vicious dogs can be on/in the property. A non-refundable $60 application fee applies per adult (18+). Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants must demonstrate a combined gross monthly income of at least three times the rent, with no more than two incomes permitted, and show a positive credit history. Security deposit and first month's rent are due within 72 hours of application approval.
