Verified residentReview source: verified residentI am very satisfied with the helix staff, and maintenance. Only thing is maintenance takes a while to get things fixed. My town home is infested with roaches and the AC on second floor is broken and now we need portables. I love living there but the price for a 854 square food town home is not worth 1,333.00 a month.
