Everything is great as far as management and maintenance. You guys are all polite, I always see maintenance walking the property which is great. Now the bad.. Parking. 3 cars haven't moved since I've been here. I sometimes get home after 10pm and am forced to park in from of the office or off view from vehicle. Noise. The noise doesn't bother me until at 7:30am when kids are riding there scooters back and forth which sounds like a train passing by. Then there is the continuous arguments to where I being awoken at all hours of the night. For example, last night at 4am I was awoken to yelling, and things being thrown around which carried on for over an hour. Look I'm all about kids being kids, just start at 8am. Nor do I get involved in people's personal business. But but I don't want hear it either especially at 4am.
