Horrible move in experience, office staff is Not very clear and detailed about move in. Both me and my best friend got an apartment separately here at different times and had problems mainly with getting our cars registered. Mine got towed twice mainly because the office staff was not fully clear and detailed about the towing regulations and what EXACTLY needed to be done. I didn't even get credited fully what I spent getting my car back and it wasn't even my fault. I got towed twice my first three days living here! Threw away money because of their miscommunication. The apartments itself pull a lot of electricity. I have the same habits as my last apartment but am paying 2-3x the amount I have ever paid in electricity, not bc of the electric companies rate but because either the apartment pulls so much, or some sneaky stuff is going on. The area itself is not safe and I've seen 4 ambulances in less than 3 months. Our upstairs neighbors are horribly loud and sounded like they were beating someone and their animals and the office staff did nothing at ALL. Not even just give them a noise complaint warning. The only thing we appreciate living here for is two months free on rent. But 1,389 a month for what you deal with is not worth it. Also forgot to mention since we've moved in our bathroom sink and bathtub drain terribly slowly and we've tried to put drain down 3 times since moving in.
