I have the ratings because the maintenance don’t fix anything . I haven’t had a patio handle since I moved in , I constantly make complaints and nothing is done about it this is ridiculous fr they come and play around with something like they fixing it soon as they walk the the exact thing is messed up again ! Definitely not renewing my lease
