Beautiful City with lots of outdoor activities. Small towns are not that far away so it’s always cool to visit one and learn it’s history.
Great restaurants, outdoor venues, hiking and the river is incredible. City with a small town feel.

Rental prices are lowering, it’s awesome if you are willing to have a roommate or two! Be picky and look early
Close to venues, downside is it is much more expensive. Better to live on the outskirts such as Roundrock or Dripping Springs
