- “Like: I love my apartment. The buildings are older however they are updated to be more modern. It's very spacious for the monthly rent. It faces the trees and field. The management is pretty good but can be hard to get ahold of at times due to them showing apartments. We have a pool and gym. The location is really great. I am minutes away from my shopping needs and events. They have recycling. Dislikes: pests on balcony upon move-in, some of the machine equipment in the gym are old and non-functioning. Valet trash is convenient but expensive. It is a little noisy because we are next to the hwy. I can hear my neighbors at times but mostly it's quiet. Smell of smoke lingered in my staircase and it's been challenging to get rid of but it is a work in progress. Overall I feel satisfied by living here for the time being because it's is affordable and they are nice apartments. The new management is working to get everything updated and our property taken care of.”
