    The constant trash on the 1st level breeds flies, roaches, and gnats that make their way into my apartment despite being sprayed by pest control. The location is plagued by homeless activity that scavenge through the dumpsters at nights and I wake up with notifications from my ring camera that people are hovering around my patio around 4 or 5 in the morning. The gates to the parking garage are old, frequently broken, and do not sound/look like they are built to last:
