Verified residentReview source: verified residentLocated in close proximity to a busy street. Many cars with modded stereo systems & loud thumping base drive by. Very close to fire station, with vehicles passing by with sirens on many times a day. Regularly approached by people soliciting/begging when walking/waiting at intersections and taking out trash.
