This is the first floor of a duplex which was renovated from the ground up. Many of the original features including stained glass windows, decorative fireplaces, wainscotting, and a built in cabinet were preserved during renovation. It also features a sunroom, hardwood floors, high ceilings, double pane windows, and a high efficiency furnace with central AC. The full bathroom has an original clawfoot tub and shower. The ceramic kitchen has ample cabinets, a high btu gas stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and and direct access to a small, private deck on the back of the building. Tenants pay very reasonable gas and electric. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash.
This double duplex has off-street parking and a shared yard in the back. Each unit has its own private laundry/storage in the basement.
It is just off Fifth Avenue, diagonally across from Mellon Park, and the bus stop. Bakery Square, Target, Whole Foods, and the busway are just blocks away.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
