Lovely 3 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath 12 minutes to Times Square via subway which is right around the corner! Great for , groups or those who simply want more space.
The layout is wonderful for families or for couples and friends as the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment with the bath in the middle.
The Master bedroom has a queen. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen-sized bed. And the 3rd bed has a full sized bed plus two twins (a twin trundle and bunk).
The apartment sleeps 8 in beds and 9 or 10 if the sofas are used in the living room. We can also add a foldaway bed.
The apartment is located in the vibrant Washington Heights neighborhood! Fantastic restaurants!! Some of my favorites are 181 Cabrini Cafe, Emmy Lous, Agave (they make some of the best and freshest Margaritas in the city..all for Since I wrote this ad the restaurant has changed to an Irish Pub and the food it fantastic! Packed on the weekends so get there early for dinner. Thai, The usual Starbucks, Dominos, McDonalds etc. There is also a cigar lounge and some lovely wine bars tucked away. (well send you orientation materials that list them!!)
The Cloisters Museum (part of the Metropolitan Museum) is within walking distance and once you get there you should have lunch/dinner or at least drinks at the New Leaf Cafe. Check Zagat for tons of others.
Riverside Park is a few blocks from the apartment and if you are bikers you will LOVE this trail. It winds through the trees along the Hudson and you can go for miles and miles, stop at the Boat House for lunch or cappuccino and ...then ride back.
It is 12-15 minutes or so to Times Square on the subway which is around the corner. It is 5 stops,( however the first stop is only 5 blocks so its really 4!) The train is express so it zips along.
The apartment is located on the first floor in the back. (in NY that means you are one flight up in the back of the apartment and street level in the front. It is very quiet to sleep and there is no one below you in part of the apartment so there are no noise concerns. A WONDERFUL PLACE TO CALL HOME WHILE IN THE CITY!!

NOTE: I put NO for handicapped access because there are no ramps. However we have occasionally had guests that used small wheel chairs. They had their own ram for the steps into the building. Once in the building, there are no to access the apartment.
