This 300 furnished studio is in a rear building which is 70 feet
from the sidewalk/street providing a much quieter environment
for your stay.

The L train is on 14th Street and First Ave As are the bus lines so
its only a few minute walk as is Union Square, Tompkins Square Park, Whole Foods,
Trader Joes and the weekly Green Market at Union Square.
This is a great jumping off point to ALL areas of this great City and its Outer Boroughs.

AS well as exploring the history, restaurants bars and entertainment venues here in the
wonderful East Village.

Cleaning Fee

The courtyard is common and for all to use for a quiet get away
having a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The apartments
are fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. We provide all
bed linens, comforter, towels and pillows.

I take great pride in what I do and your comfort is very important
to me so if there is anything you may need it will be quickly provided.

There is a flat screen satellite dish TV in the apartment as well as hi speed
wifi provided by Time Warner Cable of N.Y..

All utilities are included and there is a window A/C if needed.

Please note that the bathroom is only a two piece bath having a tile
shower stall and toilet only. The only sink is just outside the door in the kitchen.

I am the property owner and live in the front building so I am usually around to address
any needs or concerns.

I am a native New Yorker having lived on this block almost my entire life so I can provide
some insight and stories you may find interesting.
