Overton Row is a pet friendly community. We proudly accept up to 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee for 1 pet, $500 for 2 pets and a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. Please contact management for the complete pet policy. Breed restrictions do apply.
Parking Garage: Included in lease, Reserved Space: $75/month, Additional Vehicle: $50/month. Covered lot, assigned. Resident parking is available inside our gated garage. There is a one-time parking sticker fee paid upon move-in. One spot per leaseholder. Additional parking can be purchased for $50 a month. Reserved parking is $75 a month. Pay to Park visitor spaces available on the top floor parking deck for $5 a night.
