I appreciate the leasing office and their timelines with most of my issues. I enjoy having a real human to talk to. However, when I moved in the apartment had not been cleaned properly nor thoroughly. There were a lot of things that needed to be tended to even though they fix them. It shouldn’t have been an issue. Dog hair in the carpet and mold on the freezer were a few of the issues.
