“I love everything about living hear except for Guest Parking. My Aunt came over to drop off items for about 30minutes and instead of using the 4 hour parking pass, she just paid. My Dad also came to visit for the weekend, and felt rushed trying to leave by a certain time before the parking pass expired. He arrived at 1:15pm on Saturday, and would have stayed longer on Sunday, but didn’t want to waste another parking pass for just 2-3 hours. Last place I lived, we received a few parking passes to give to our guests so timing wasn’t limit and the visit didn’t feel rushed.”

“New complex, it’s pretty quiet (for now). Parking can be confusing for guests/food delivery. Decent prices, but again, it’s a new complex with construction going on, so I’m sure prices will increase soon enough. Maintenance is good and quick. Leasing office is pretty responsive.”
