Verified residentApartment is very small for the price, but the management team is awesome and it is mostly quiet except for the occasional fire alarm or dog barking. Only issue I have ever had was the gate being broken frequently or left open.

Apartment is very small for the price, but the management team is awesome and it is mostly quiet except for the occasional fire alarm or dog barking. Only issue I have ever had was the gate being broken frequently or left open.
Little communication from management with problems around the complex; i.e faulty fire alarms, broken gates. Maintenance doesn’t work weekends, which has resulted in me having no hot water for 3 days on 4 separate occasions. Noisey dog next door that barks for 20-30 minutes daily and management says it’s my responsibility to communicate my frustrations to neighbor.
