Verified residentReview source: verified residentApartment is very small for the price, but the management team is awesome and it is mostly quiet except for the occasional fire alarm or dog barking. Only issue I have ever had was the gate being broken frequently or left open.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentLittle communication from management with problems around the complex; i.e faulty fire alarms, broken gates. Maintenance doesn’t work weekends, which has resulted in me having no hot water for 3 days on 4 separate occasions. Noisey dog next door that barks for 20-30 minutes daily and management says it’s my responsibility to communicate my frustrations to neighbor.
